This policy seeks to clarify our privacy policy.

Website Monitoring

RMAtoll.com is monitored to ensure proper operation and other like purposes. Unauthorized access is prohibited. Attempts to access and utilize this system for any reason other than its intended purposes are prohibited and may result in prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 or other applicable statutes and regulations.

The Mobility Authorities value both your use of this site and feedback you provide. If you send us a threat or a message that describes or promotes unlawful activity, we will forward the e-mail to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

In compliance with Section 552.137 of the Texas Government Code, other than addresses provided in relation to certain business activities as described in Section 552.137(c), an email address you provide to this website for the purpose of communicating with the Mobility Authorities is confidential and may not be disclosed without your permission, except to another governmental body or federal agency.
